This customer asks us to help automate conversations with their customers using an AI agent. Their senior staff were spending too much time answering repetitive questions but they did not want to lose the personal touch by sending them to a knowledge base.

We worked across comms, marketing, medical, sales, regulation, brand and HR to develop and AI agent that matched the personality of a junior representative with the knowledge of a medical science liaison. The goal was to develop a conversational platform that customers could engage with to learn about the technical details of a product before being passed on to a senior rep at the right moment.
Our AI was trained a wide range of information taken from the companies knowledge base as well as developing a personality based on anonymous conversations with customers by senior reps.
